This is a 1980s does a 1940s Dress. It would look great with a big brimmed hat, gloves and a clutch. It is black with white tiny dots inside bigger dots. It features short sleeves, a pleated bodice and skirt with a cinched in waist and decorative buttons on the front. It has a center back zipper with elastic at the back waist for comfort. The label reads "Karin Stevens Petites". 100% Rayon, Dry Clean Only. It's in excellent vintage condition. There's a tiny discoloration on one of the dots near the collar. It measures Bust 36" Waist 24-28" Hip 42". This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
