Beautiful antique white linen underskirt petticoat which you could easily wear as an outer skirt. It features a beautiful deep scalloped hem, decorated with embroidered white butterflies, flowers and swags with cutaway details. At the start of the frill is a cutaway border to thread a ribbon though. It fastens with a couple of buttons at the waist and sits roughly mid calf length.
