Okay, I’ll be honest, I just needed some rosé for the house, & you’re getting some with us. We went through a case of this last summer & I’m excited as this vintage is slightly drier & slightly higher in acidity, making it very food friendly. Mourvedre can make tannic reds & is ideal for making structured rosé, as is done in the Bandol AOC of France & at Badenhorst, north of Cape Town.
